
At SPP, your satisfaction is always our primary concern. We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item, and our goal
is to make it easy for you.
You may exchange or return any item, for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. To return merchandise, the first step is to complete a "Return Authorization Request". You may either submit a "Return Authorization Request" here or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-721-0998 and a Representative can assist you.
Special Notes About Returns:
- Due to the nature of the following products, no returns can be accepted on vinyl liners, replacement parts, all pool chemicals, pool heaters & custom
manufactured products (except for manufacturer's defects).
- Specialty Pool Products offers fast FREE shipping on every order being shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S.,regardless of the
size or weight of the order. You pay just a small handling fee, as low as $8.95 ($5 for CFL members). You are never charged an additional shipping
fee. However, please be aware that if you cancel or return an item, you will be responsible for shipping fees to and from the warehouse. Our
Customer Service department will be happy to provide details on our Return Policy.
- Used, cancelled or returned items can be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
- Handling fees are non-refundable.
- Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
